UGM MOTORS “Builder” Program
ON THE BUILDER VEHICLES PRICES ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All the “Builder” vehicles are “AS IS” vehicles. All will need some kind of repair. Some run and drive and can be driven off the lot. Some are not drivable due to safety or mechanical issues and may need significant repair, such as a motor, transmission, head gasket or more.
Each vehicle will have a vehicle disclosure. The document will be posted on the website for your review. Please read the whole description and review the disclosure listed in the photos section as well as below this program description. Please do not inquire about the mechanical state or reliability of the vehicle. Our Sales Staff will have no more information than what is posted on the disclosure. Please do not expect more information to be given over the phone or in person. Our sales team can inform you about the program and the availability of the vehicle only.
All disclosures are NOT all inclusive! The Motors Production technicians usually have about 1.5 hours to test drive and evaluate a vehicle for sale. However, any additional item that may arise after the purchase of the “BUILDER PROGRAM” vehicles are the sole responsibility of the buyer…if this is not acceptable, please purchase one of our retail vehicles.
REQUIREMENTS TO VIEW THE BUILDER VEHICLES:
- CURRENT VALID DRIVERS LICENSE – Will need to leave your driver’s license with the staff while viewing the vehicles.
- Jump boxes are available to check out with driver’s license.
- Keys will be checked out with valid current driver’s license.
- Driver’s license will be returned upon receipt of any item checked out.
REQUIRED TO TEST DRIVE VEHICLES, IF APPLICABLE:
- CURRENT VALID DRIVERS LICENSE WITH CURRENT ADDRESS OR OTHER DOUMENTATION VERIFYING CURRENT ADDRESS
- PROOF OF CURRENT INSURANCE
PURCHASING THE BUILDER VEHICLES:
- CURRENT VALID DRIVERS LICENSE WITH CURRENT ADDRESS OR OTHER DOUMENTATION VERIFYING CURRENT ADDRESS
- If you are an out-of-state buyer, we will need a second form of ID or documentation to verify your current OUT-OF-STATE address. (power bill, insurance card…)
- PROOF OF CURRENT INSURANCE
